Design, prototyping and introduction into manufacturing of an application processor companion card for an existing GNSS GPS Receiver. Project focused primarily on hardware design and BSP development.
Companion processor card for standard receiver providing user with enhanced features. Card enabled system to execute more complex GPS applications, record data for analysis and provided additional system expansion and I/O capabilities to the receiver product.
Responsible for the design, prototyping and introduction into manufacturing the companion card. Development included collaboration on system, ME, H/W and F/W architectural decisions and design implementation of all F/W and H/W.
